Method suicide while disabled and on bed rest

I'm currently on bedrest yet again; unable to get to my blades cause I'm not in a normal bed anymore. If I wrap my phone/phone cord charger around my neck over and over again tonight, would that be successful?

Yeah I think It would be very painful to die this way :(. But if you had like a thicker rope It would be much easier and less painful, maybe even faster if you made two knots and placing them where arteries lay to squeeze them and restrict blood flow to brain.
Sorry thing didn't work well for you, I trust your judgment upon your life and I think nobody should be kept here against his/her will.
