What do you guys really think of people saying those words *if you really want to suicide, you are already dead by now*

i honestly think people try to call bluff. and that they're uneducated. my response to those people is all in good time.

Some also say that whoever announces suicide does not kill himself. But people are wrong. We'll laugh at them.

They've either tried and failed and are relatively happy now. Good on them! Or they've never experienced being this low. Even better on them! I smile and nod and am happy for them, but that's where any conversation stops. There's no educating them and they're probably not the people I want to get any advice from.

I just ignore them. They can hold their silly opinions, I don't care. The odds of me changing their minds are slim to none, so it's hard to bother trying to get them to see things from another viewpoint. Such conversations all too often lead to ill-feelings, uncomfortable tensions, and each side digging in their heels for their side further. They may well change their minds in the future, but who knows what it will be that does the trick? A harrowing experience involving the suicide of a loved one, perhaps, and unfortunately.

As much as I want to debate them, I won't (younger me may have). This is because not only would the odds of me changing their minds or getting them to see my point of view be slim to none, I'd also risk them invading my privacy, getting into my business, and/or probing into my life when I don't want them to. So yeah, the statement itself is bullshit, because not everyone has access to the method of their choice and even then, there is the SI which many people (especially prolifers anti-choicers) underestimate or ignore.

I'm sorry for to hear what you've been going through.
I don't like my family as well, they are just mediocre and that's about all I can say.

It's devastating to hear your crush had committed suicide,
I imagine how devastating it must be but I know how you feel.

I don't think as a male, you have to particularly excel in everything.
There's nothing wrong with not wanting to die.
I know I do, you are not alone.
After all, death is the end, everything becomes meaningless, "you are no longer you".

Sometimes I think to myself like I'm too harsh on myself, maybe it's true.
But I sincerely want the best out of life whatever an individual dare to achieve.
Those things are out of the question when you are dead.
So perhaps, it's best to be alive after all.
Things are tough but maybe we will pull through.
Perhaps we just have to believe in it?

Life is tough man.
