Drowning, car/motorcycle crash, sabotaged parachute, falling while pretending to take a selfie, erotic asphyxiation, pretending to faint into traffic... fighting a bear! Walking around a sketchy neighborhood and fighting back an eventual robber. Too many, I'm sure you can come up with more.
