Probably Nembutal, or the likes of similar substances used for animal euthanasia. Short of that, anything that renders you unconscious prior to actual death, such as CO, inert gas, etc.

To me Nembutal sounds the most peaceful which is why it's so horrific and devastating how humans make it inaccessible. To be able to cease existing in peace is all that's desirable to me, the fact that many humans just wish to force others to suffer so unnecessarily just proves how hellish existence truly is.
