The ones I can think of are The Man who Sleeps, a personal favorite of mine, and The Fire Within by Louis Malle. There's Dead Poets Society, too.

Oh, and Detachment with Adrien Brody. Really depressive

i like Wristcutters: A Love Story. a bit cheesy of a movie and might not be everyones cup of tea, but i like it

After Life. Japanese film about a "company " that makes films for dead people so they can spend eternity living their happiest memory. Very sweet film.
