I'm reading mixed information on here about whether ondansetron can be used instead of meto for SN. I know it's not a dopamanine antagonist but people have linked scientific articles on of the effectiveness of ondansetron as an AE.

I really don't want to vomit up the SN but not sure I can get meto. Does anyone know of an actual case where someone successfully caught the bus using ondansetron with SN?

I'm far from an expert but I don't think Ondansetron is much worse in effectiveness in these cases
don't take my word for it though

Ondansetron (Zofran) is a 5HT3 receptor antagonist. Normally it´s used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiation therapy and surgery.

If you don´t get Meto or Domperidone, this might be an alternative. But this is not a recommendation.
