I've started cutting on my thighs rather than my wrists, and it's much easier to hit styro. Thing is, the scars don't close within minutes like they do on my wrists. Rather, they 3-6 days to close/heal.
During that time, I want to make sure my scars heal properly. But I dont know how to take care of it. Recently I've just been applying Vaseline and bandaids, but I don't know if that's good enough.
Anyone have any tips? Or is how I'm doing it just fine?
