He had a debilitating illness for 6 years that doctors couldn't figure out--He was in a wheelchair and also had trouble talking---He spent $15,000 on a first class ticket to Zurich and drank the Nembutal

Every country should have euthanasia laws like Switzerland and not cost a small fortune. Only the privileged few get these opportunities.

Those who are able to get assisted suicide are lucky. Nobody should have to die from disease or resort to a painful and risky method. A peaceful suicide should be a human right. Rest in peace.

Switzerland: neutral in war but pro-choice in euthanasia.

Many would look at this and be disturbed. But be cool with him dying a slow painful death in hospital.

Make it make sense.

Not really, it cost 11k in Pegasos, slightly expensive but not a lot. I think in the future it will be a growing business due to ctb increment.

A poor person may never see 11k in their lives. That's a lot of money unless you are financially well off with savings. For, me buying those two bottles of N from D was expensive enough. So, I would be careful generalising peoples' financial positions in life.

I don't think many of us here feel this amount of money is small. It's not small. traveling to Switzerland is not a small trip. for those who can - it's a viable option. Let's not judge or throw the baby out with the bath water. It's an option for some.

I was evaluating Pegasos and i think that even im 30s I could be accepted because the severe disability but i think that there are a lot of medical reports to submit and I don't feel like doing all that, i also think that taking N is basically doing the same as what they do over there. I hope it goes well for everyone.
