I'm only afraid of puking up too much SN then needing to go to the hospital. I really don't want to end up in a psych ward.

I take 50mg of seroquel and 1mg of risperidone. I'm hoping that's enough to act as an antimetic.

Part of me thinks I should wait and try TMS and Electrotherapy, but I don't really have the patience.

Seroquel is dopamine antagonist, so should definitely work. I know it might be a bit hard, but try not to throw up. When you have nausea, ensure your head is in stable position. A bit of fresh air can make it too. Should work everything that helps against motion sickness. I checked olanzapine few days ago, no motion sickness and nausea too.
And sorry everything is bad for you now, sending you a warm hug

Risperidone also has antiemetic effect i think?
When is the TMS and Electrotherapy possible? Is it a long time away?

I read in another thread that 50mg was too low of a dose to be an effective antiemetic. I was wondering if the doses were high enough to be effective.

I think I'm ready to just go now.

Damn, sorry, I have read 500. Yes, 50 mg is a small dose, ideal would be 300+if you read this thread before
