My ideal way of going is laying in my car in a car camping bed I set up. I have tried with a helium tank and exit bag. Allegedly helium is supposed to prevent the panicky survival feeling but that wasn't my experience. Granted I didn't have equipment that allowed for a steady flow of helium. The regulator didn't allow for a tube so it was just a full bag and starting with lungs full of helium. I'm wondering if I should try different equipment that can make this easier and quicker.
I've thought about going more basic with padded zip ties tightening around the arteries in the throat.
It is hard to overcome the "oh I just have one more thing to do before I can go through with this" last section intrusive thoughts.
Anyone give thoughts to methods to go easily while laying down in limited space like a car?
