Stopping Eating and drinking

I think this is my only option now and ive only eaten about 200 calories a day since March if i stop now no food no water how long will it take will it be quick i dont want to die but dont want to live with this deafening tinnitus its made me so ill if only i could stand it at least like it was at the start how can the body do this to itself ive no clue cause came from nowhere i dint get it i was very healthy fit happy loving life its driving me insane it never stops never down its been 3 years 3 months of torturous hell how can this happen i had so much living left to do im so frightened and never been frightened in my life im so tired but the noise jet plane roaring how do i live with that rest of my life please let it stop id take months to get well from how ill i am now and frail and skin and bone just cant believe its even happened to me i walked every day cycled dance class ate well lived really well have everything i could want and id trade it all for this tinnitus to stop could have stood and lived with anything at all but this

Starving to death is very painful.
Would being deaf be better? Maybe there's some kind of surgery you can get to take away your hearing entirely. I don't know, just exploring options. I hate that you're in so much pain.

Starvation can take many months to kill and dehydration can take days to weeks. It wont be quick and it wont be a pleasant death either.

Sorry I cant help you, if I could take it away I would. I live with hearing problems also and I know how annoying it can be, your situation sounds hellish.I wish there was more I could do for you, but that's not how this reality would have it.

Ive asked to be made deaf they said id still have and hear the tinnitus how that can be ive no clue. How can i go i cnat stay in this much torture its horrific i loved silence quiet good rest great sleep im so very tired x

I would say that if you have only eaten 200 calories a day for over six months, you dont have long time left.

The brain needs at least 1500 calories a day to be able to function.

try dry fasting. it can cure you.

I have expirience with dry fasting. The longest I did was 6 days without food and water.
I did cascade dry fasting:
2 days dry fasting + 2 days recovery
3 days dry fasting + 3 days recovery
4 days dry fasting + 4 rec.
5 days dry fasting + 5 days recovery
6 days dry fasting + 6 days recovery

I was trying to cure myself. Overall it was a psychedelic expirience. After day 6 you start hallucinating. You don't need sleep anymore, you have a lot of energy. Your body starts to burn fat, cancer cells, tumors. But the most psychedelic thing is when you finally take a shower. That changes you.
