I used to do the opposite when I was 13–14; I remember trying to make my Windows 7 look like Windows 10, and how it killed my entire HDD multiple times, lol.

There was a fair amount of what u need to do. Really its just installing a few programs, and using custim layouts you can find online. Heres a video that can help, everything youll need is in the description so u wouldnt need to go lookin around for stuff
