Fasting? Actual starvation is hard. You have to go a long time without food and water
I agree it's hard but you can starve while drinking water. It's during dehydration that you stop having both food and drink.Fasting? Actual starvation is hard. You have to go a long time without food and water
I've gone 23 days just drinking water. It's hard to just "starve" yourself. What does drinking water have to do with starving oneself?
Used to be a passion. Cooking, eating. I was a "foodie."I wish I could, but eating is way too good.

Dry fasting can be dangerous, though some people do prefer it to water fasting. Some people say you can die in as little as three days without water, but then people try it and find this usually doesn't work. One person is documented to have lived eighteen days without water and ended up having no lasting damage. Just fyi, going without water is generally not a feasible ctb method because people become extremely miserable long before they ctb- most people don't want to sit there for several days to a week or more of complete torture in order to ctb, so this is a method that is not generally used.I agree it's hard but you can starve while drinking water. I did both water and dry fasting. I prefer dry fasting.
