Is it better to take a staggered overdose or just take the tablets all at once? I'm planning paracetamol overdose as I have access to nothing else. All other pills are locked away, I can't buy any over the counter medications, and I've tried stocking up on prescribed meds but my parents now watch me take them. All I have is paracetamol.

I'm pretty much locked in my house, not allowed in my car, or anywhere for that matter unless I'm with parents. Can't stand it anymore, gonna get the weekend out of the way and then I plan to do the overdose.

It will cause liver failure and if it kills you, it is slow and painful death. I repeat, not a peaceful method...

It is a painful way to go, and for what ive heard at psych wards taking it staggered is a horrible experience and you can still feel the affects for awhile after taking a staggered overdose. please dont go if you arent sure as this has a very low succses rate and you will likely end up in a psych ward

There are literally loads of posts on here saying that paracetamol is a bad method, it's certainly not recommended for a reliable suicide. I do understand desperately wishing to be gone, but I think that this method will just lead to more damage unfortunately.

I've already been sectioned before I know the drill. Just came out in December after 1 year 7 months of being in psych ward. I'd just tell them it was accidental.

Painful and Also not very successful and has long term affects.

So did the section not help?
Section helped while it was in place now back to square one nothing has changed really.

Why's nothing changed? If it helped when it was in place what's the difference now it's not in place? Surely if it helped and now you are out you can look forward to your future. Do you have any support from the section still?

What future? If it wasn't obvious I don't really have a future hence why I'm on this site.
