  • Hey Guest,

If you would still like to donate, you still can. We have more than enough funds to cover operating expenses for quite a while, so don't worry about donating if you aren't able. If you want to donate something other than what is listed, you can contact RainAndSadness.

Anyone know how to feel comfort and stability in life? I can't ever stay at a job, am terrible with money and in general just bad at "adulting". People around me think I'm just lazy, zero consideration to my mental health, shock.

I'd go to a therapist and talk about this particular problem with them.n

Comfort and stability, it's an elusive state of mind rather than an effect of life circumstances. Instability is part of life in our society. What I mean is once you can make peace with that it stops mattering. Easier said than done.

Some people just seem to cruise through it, but personally I stay awake at night thinking about every possibility.. a nightmare.

Meditation on breathing has helped me and lots of others, although for me it's very temporary. Maybe it has more effect with practice.
