I haven't talked to anyone in a really long time, since it had never helped

This is just me throwing a pebble into the dark, i don't even know if people read these stuff

It may sound like a joke, but it's the reason I've come to prefer correspondences over real-life convos.

Someone asks you something and gives you the glance "GIVE ME ANSWERS NOW!!!". I don't like the lack of time to construct a somewhat meaningful response.
When I usually talk I feel the urge to correct myself, introduce another idea Y that is conditional to understanding already mentioned idea X...

And what if I don't like talking with that person? We've made an appointment and now spend a few hours in company. What if I'm grown weary of that person?
What if I'm not interesting/a bore? What if another person has something better to do?

I want to talk now and two minutes later I want to play Arcanum. Hail the Tesla Rod! I haven't yet fully imagined the convenience of remote communication! Have you?

Why should we resort to archaic ways when we have such marvelous alternative? You can say more or stop anytime. You can talk at the same time another person talks, something that's viewed as a sign of bad manners is entirely acceptable here. You can read the message, and reread it, and then reread it again 5 times.
I stop now.

And know editting the comment to add paragraphs. Maybe too much... I can delete it too. Isn't that wonderful?
