I'm in the UK so only know how things work here, but can you not get your Dr to prescribe them? I've been offered anti-emetics twice in recent times, including when I had back pain and the painkillers made me nauseous.

looking as well but I'm thinking about asking my doctor for something to help with vomiting because I do it enough anyways.
