Oh my God, I miss those so much! I still look for them everytime in the drink aisle when I go to the pharmacy hoping they'll be there. I have no clue why the execs decided to discontinue it. It was liquid crack!



I was a little too obsessed with these when I was younger. I honestly think another popsicle brand should try the concept of a gummy in a popsicle again, I'd buy it.

Not quite the same but related- There are a bunch of TV series that just stopped rather than ending decisively. Keeping Up Appearances, Inspector Lynley and Jonathan Creek spring to mind.

Similarly, it disappoints me the HBO Westworld didn't conclude properly. They really alluded to a final season too- at the end of the fourth series. There are films I hope they'll make more of too- like a Spy 2.

With foods, I've sort of had the reverse experience. I used to love Trio biscuits as a child. They discontinued them then, brought them back and they tasted disappointing when I tried them again. Lol. Sometimes the memory is nicer than the real thing.

This was the best after sauna snack as a kid. It was cold, sweet, refreshing, and texturally fun to eat/suck on with all the different ice shards/blocks. It's discontinued now but apparently they made similar ones in fruit flavors in the more recent years. Not the same though since blue will always the best flavor! I really wish I could eat it again. This had such a big impact on my childhood that I still think of it every now and then.



Also Monster Ultra Fiesta (and some variant of the Monster Dragon Tea that I can't remember). It may have been a subtle change but I personally thought it was so much better than the current Ultra Fiesta Mango they replaced it with. The flavor was more berry-like with the mango being less prominent. Sadly, Monster is always changing the formula of their products.

I can't really think of anything else rn but there are definitely a lot of discontinued items that I'd love to bring back.

Lots of shows, games, and other media.

One in particular that I found fascinating was a cartoon called "The Modifyers". It was only ever a single pilot episode and was never able to sprout into a full series, but it's a huge shame because I reckon I would have loved it. I love this kind of Steampunk, Tartakovsky-esque cartoon style. The characters are great too.

Sadly there is no chance this show can ever be picked up now because a certain "parody" overshadows it, and Chris Reccardi died in 2019. This show deserved way better.
