I know nothing about guns as they scare me, alot would depend on where you lived as to how the laws and access would be. Some parts the world they seem easy as obtaining sweets, in others very stiff laws and regulations and for good reasons.

Aren't guns easier to get hold of in America, I always thought access to them was easy or has that changed over the years? In UK its got strict although as with everything it goes through the net. Must admit I laughed at that, it's so brash. But then I thought about it, and in fact if I were to find you with that gun I'd be very thankful and would in fact join you. Having said that though, keep in mind that not all of us perceive life this way and if some kids were to find it it could lead to the same misery we ourselves are feeling. But I do like the potential idea of passing on methods to other ctb'ers if done right.

Well, I did say we shouldn't involve those who don't perceive life as we do to prevent further trauma, didn't I? I'm saying that though because it's the decent thing to do, not because I have any heart left. Don't intend to traumatise anyone with my corpse, if it's up to me, I'll go deep into the woods and let wild animals and maggots take care of it...

If you have any skills with working with your hands. You can get a 80% gun completed. Meaning you have to finish and assemble it yourself. Lots of youtube videos on doing it. Average person takes about 1 hour to complete. Google "ghost guns".

Ugh, fuck, why does this have to be such a production? I can barely fucking get out of bed, much less muster the fucking willpower to deal with so much hassle just to fucking die...

@Fyrinne As for gunshows, I don't know of any and I don't live in FL so I can't really recommend any. I live in NC and I got mine through an FFL almost 2 years ago. It doesn't help that the Parkland incident (February 2018) happened which made legally obtaining firearms harder in that state as well as other laws that deny gun owners weapons if they are so to be deemed a 'threat' (red flag laws).

If it is possible to relocate to another state, one that is more gun friendly, then I would look into that option. Another thing is the Baker Act, which means that if anyone finds you to be a danger to others or yourself, they can detain you up to 72 hours without a court order. The problem with that act is that it is very broad and loose in what is considered a 'danger' to oneself or others, and the fact that it is oftenly done without probable cause and due process. (Think of it as guilty until proven innocent.) This should be another incentive to leave the state if you are able to.

Florida is full of guns. Do the research, and you will be rewarded. One cannot drive far in this state without a billboard advertising a gun show.
