They said I am talented. But what is the point, if i cannot make a living with my own art?
(Actually I am not even talented... I am just too lonely and financially broke in my teens, so I spent time on papers... they are cheap.)
Yet my art style is not needed in my city, so I am now drawing someone else dream at work.

Only if I am better at socialising ? only if my family is rich so that they can support me to be an artist oversea?
Damn, this is the only thing I am good at and the last thing keeping me alive since my cat dead.

I am not good at replying, but I love to see people comment.
Is that bad? I know how good it would be and able to bring more followers, but I am just not that kind of artist....
Nor to join the artist group for more connection to boost up exposure.
God, I really hope I have a chance to save myself, but the longer time I spend... the lesser hope I see on myself.

Not gonna butter you up with compliments since they would fall flat but I really like that art style actually and all of them made me chuckle. They're pretty relatable while also being cute with the way the characters proportions are. It kind of makes me think of chibi olden english people going about their day.

Thank you for not doing that... I hurt me these days to hear compliments, as much as when they said "You deserve to be happy".
Oh, you might know him already. Just search for Edward Gorey for this kind of art. I didn't realise that at first, but I have been told a few time mine reminded them his works.

So that's what it reminded me of! I had an art teacher back in highschool had this piece of art that was the alphabet of kids dying. The artstyle always was pleasing to look at to me but at the same time it's like why does a teacher have this in a school and how is he allowed to even have this? Oh I found it here I'll post it. But yeah your art does remind me of his style.

You definitely have a distinct visual style and sense of humour. It doesn't resemble anything else I've seen, really. Your jokes are very dark by average Joe standards, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's impossible for you find an audience. We have a popular comics artist in my country who often jokes about dark topics such as anguish, depression, and suicidality. Do you have some kind of platform you can publish them on?

I like the bold outlines of your characters and the cuteness of the designs. I also love plague doctors so another plus in my book

They probably thought it is something like Addams Family? Love them both<3

Most artists (big one) in my city, they only get publish after building up a number of followers. I had been posting them on different FB groups, running my instagram, exhibiting in art market... But still so far away from being notice.
And I am not the kind of person to beg everyone I know to "hey, can you please share my work"... (said that to a few close friends, not effective)

Thank you. <3
