It's gonna stop your blood from carrying oxygen. From what I read you'll get dizzy and your heart rate is gonna go up. Then you're going to pass out within 20 minutes. You'll be dead within 20 minutes after that.
Cyanosis being the main symptom (skin/lips blue due to lack of oxygenated blood) then probably cramping(actually cramping is usually a later sign) along with the dizziness from the trouble your body is having carrying oxygen. Heart rate will rise to compensate for the low oxygen sat to try to rush more and more low saturated blood around the body. Respirations will also increase to keep this rate "saturated" to its best ability at this point. I would imagine at this point you would either be having a panic attack or dizzy/drunk feeling. Then your oxygen levels would drop below a level to where you could function and you'd lose consciousness.

Not sure whether you will notice the blueness on yourself, it might come later (but I might be wrong, anyone ?).
Note that you can test your SN is legitimate beforehand (search "blood test" on this site, and also "aquarium test").
After about 10 or 15 minutes of taking SN, you would probably be aware of becoming weaker, before losing consciousness.
