Help Sodium nitrite?!(help!)

I found sodium nitrite from very deemed company and it's from a reputed e-commerce but the problem is it says it's purity is 97%. What to do would it work and it's food grade? I read anything> 95% would work but I want to be sure if it will affect the process please I am pretty underweight even 15 gm is super enough for me but I would be taking 25gms would this thing work. Please be honest don't say anything just to keep me happy? Be blunt and be honest only give an opinion if you are sure. I am in dilemma I had so much trouble just getting meto and it was just enough I can't miss the chance but I will appreciate honest answers.

If it's food grade and at 97%, yes.

I asked again to cross check and this time they said 96% but it should work right? Does the grade matter as long as it's lab grade or food grade? I think it's lab grade as stated by the second person but it's no other grade than these too and I believe it's true. Can you tell if it will work as long as it's >95% as stated in the guide and it even says only for labs and warning (hazard) is there.

It makes sense sorry for asking twice I feel I am feeling bad about it but true that it differs by 2% at most if the whole 20gm was SN then what I would have would be 19.2gms(purity>96%) compared to 20gm (purity>99%) that is what I got doing basic math I believe it's correct so that shouldn't matter and I am underweight I don't mind taking it in extra. Thanks for the info again and I am keepin my hopes. Really hoping I get it soon without anyone learning about it my family could be a big problem.
