Sodium Nitrite advice?

So the only method I'm willing to attempt is sodium nitrite... I've read the stan's guide but does anyone else have any additional information? Also if I play music while doing it what is the likely hood I'll here the music while unconscious?

Do you guys think there's an afterlife after this?

I feel this is my only option...
