is it possible to eat/dissolve those chlorine tablets and then CTB or would it just be really painful and not worth it over hanging or anything along those lines?

Fuck no. You will just mess yourself up horribly. Ingesting corrosives has a low chance of dying (less than 45%) and a really high chance of surviving with horrific injuries. Removal of the stomach and esophagus is not uncommon. You could be left unable to speak and eating through a tube.
