So sellers of sodium nitrite ever lie about the purity

I am just wondering. The source I ordered from is 99 percent pure, and I may not have enough money to test it currently. Has anyone ever been lied to about the purity?

If the teststripes are correct, i was lied to by many sources.
But im getting a liquidtest soon, so I'll check again if the SN that i got is pure or not.
