There might a minor chance a person's body is somehow resistant to SN, but, that's sounds very unlikely.
The good thing about SN, is that for vast majority of the people who failed, it leaves no permanent damage.

Unfortunately, there is always the possibility that you will survive. Even with other methods.
But I would say that if you follow the protocol, SN is really effective. I also chose this method.

I am so affraid i would call for help.. my last attempt i called ambulance ... i took pure caffiene. Most terrible pain ever... I am alnost sure SN will not be so terrible but i am affraid i fail

Olanzapine and Odansatron are mentioned in the book for anti emetics. Both are prescribed medications only so I am unsure if you will beable to get your hands on in a hurry unless you fake issues.
