Is it worth trying to CTB with just SN mixed with water? For me getting the SN is way easier to get then the Antiemetics. No doctors will give me a subscription. At best I can get the over the counter ones but people say they are too weak and do nothing. Do most people just puke everything out and end up failing without strong antiemetics?

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will not vomit even with ae, it's there only to help make sure that sn stays in your stomach.
You have to find another ae or otc to help you against vomiting, you can go without it, but you have to be prepared for it, by making sure to have atleast 3 cups of sn, in case you vomit it all out, but even then some people have succeeded without ae so i guess it depends from person to person, mindset, courage, SI, etc.

I'm thinking of using Meclizine it is cheap and OTC. Dunno if it will help much but it is better than nothing
Meto is not for vomiting. It is to aid in SN absorption in the small intestine. Gastric emptying. Most vomit even with it. You only need to keep down about 6 grams to be lethal. 25 grams is insurance as is cup number two. Most are successful even with vomiting unless help is called.
