SN Without Antiemetic

I have 100g SN on the way (I'm not comfortable sharing my source), and I have an antiemetic on the way too but it might not arrive on time/might be fake. If I prepare 4 cups of SN, will I be able to successfully ctb even if I don't use an antiemetic and throw up? It might be my only option.

It is possible that you throw up every glsss you drink and enough SN doesnt get into your blood.
I recommend you use diphenhydramine (Benadryl), it might reduce the symptoms. I must add, it is definitely possible to CTB using SN without AE.
Edit: don't take diphenhydramine more than 200mg, it might cause more nausea

I think it is better to wait for antiemetics and not risk something like failing in a SN suicide attempt.
