Just wondering if it's worth the risk or not? Don't have to access to Meto - dimenhydrinate is OTC and IK it's not as effective but getting a mixed verdict in regards to if I should use it at all.

I wouldn't try it without meto or without any other antiemetic. I've read many accounts of people puking some of their ingested SN even with antiemetics, taking SN without them would make you vomit even more of the SN inside your stomach, risking a failed attempt.

People have succeeded without AE, so I guess an OTC AE is better than nothing.
As the PPH states, the main ingredient is the SN, and used in the correct dosage, with propper fasting, etc.

Idk, but someone who made a goodbye post yesterday took it with no anti emetic, and although we can't be certain, it seems like they were able to CTB.

I'm in the UK and just tried to order it from an online company in the UK. I filled in the questionnaire enough to pass the answers but they said they will look at my GP record so I think it will be rejected once they see the notes as it will look suspicious and apparently shouldn't be used with antidepressants.

I'll update if it gets accepted

I took 7g of SN without AE or fasting. I suffered a cardiac arrest and wouldn't have survived without intense medical care.

Would you mind sharing your experience?

These are my medical notes from the attempt!! I took 7g, and I was throwing up, but the sn still worked. If I hadn't had medical intervention, I would have died. Sn is lethal even in "small" doses, and even if you throw it up
