SN with sleeping pills

So, I'm still here. I've been planted my escape for a week, but unfortunately my fear stopped me. My psychiatrist gave me a prescription to strong sleeping pills. My question is:
Cocktail with 400mg Ibuprofen, Antacids and those pills before SN will helps? Also, I buy some shit with ginger for vomits, because I can't get a prescription for antiemetic.

make it 600 mg ibuprofen, that's the recommended dose on Stan's guide. don't know about the ginger. but i will be taking xanax before to calm myself and it kinds of make me sleepy. just be sure to not exaggerate it, or else, you might sleep before having the chance to take your SN, gotta find the right time to take it.

The trouble with sleeping pills they take to long to work by 30 minutes most people seem to be unconscious but tbh we haven't enough eye witness statements so a very strong sleeping pill may be beneficial but also look at propanolol which slows the and will aid sleep.
