Help SN source in Japan or Philippines?

Found a few lab websites selling the stuff but you need to register a lab work position, name, address etc.. and they'll deny your account if they catch you bullshitting. PH is slightly better but the commute is convoluted and long (source based in mnla) - anyone please PM or otherwise point me to better sources

afaik sn is not possible to source in Japan domestically. low grade sn can be imported.
Japanese laws are quite strict with hazardous chemicals
