Foiled again. Found a 99% supplier in Germany, after only finding <95% sources locally, they asked why i was buying it, good thing i got top marks in science to improv up a reason. They were happy, shipped it next morning. Enter UK customs. Immediately confiscated at the UK border and some unhappy officers appeared on my door because and I quote "it is used in [ctb] kits". Fobbed them off, good thing i do actually own a company so that is on record to continue the fake reason with them too, and escaped without having to see anyone that i'd rather not see. They still refused to clear the SN through customs.
I am guessing my failure here was ordering from an industrial supplier directly, and an overseas one at that, also possible 500 grams of the stuff was a bit alarming to customs, but it was the lowest amount they had in stock. I have seen references to DMC here but i couldn't find out what that acronym meant reliably so i ended up using industrial sources due to having a (dormant) company, but either it being dormant foiled me, or perhaps the supplier was far too honest on the paperwork.
I guess I have to keep going on with life for a couple more weeks at least, i've no idea how some people manage to get it so readily. I am guessing it is DMC as the source, i did see references to whatsapp too but nothing for me to go on to seek it out myself.
