American here: I converted the SN wiki recommended 50ml of water into tablespoons and it's about 3 and a half. Im wondering if I'm doing something wrong cause that seems like barely any water and everyone talks about drinking cups worth on here.. Can you just dissolve the SN into more water if you want to?

I don't know about the tablespoons. I converted to cups. 50ml is about 1/4 cup. I don't see why you'd want to use more water, but don't use more than 100ml.
Teaspoon (tsp) is 5mL. Tablespoon (tbsp) is three teaspoons or 15mL.
30mL= 1 fluid ounce (oz)
1 cup = (roughly) eight ounces or 240mL
