Another week closer to my chosen date now. I'm starting to feel quite impatient. Given the chance I would go through with it right now, but I can't change the current circumstances. Just to help deal with this impatience, I've tried to piece together the protocol I'll be using. I will hopefully be able to get ahold of Propranolol, but it's not a guarantee. I've read that this part is a luxury, so it doesn't worry me too much.
If someone could let me know how this looks, I'd be hugely grateful!!
The time I start is flexible. I have midnight in mind as if anyone is going to contact me (I'll be in a hotel on my own, so friends or family may check in), I can respond to them so they don't immediately worry. I'd rather that than have them be worried all night trying to reach me.
I'm not worried about the fasting. Due to recent incidents I haven't been able to eat much anyway. However, I don't want to overdo it as I've heard this can be counter-productive.
I was considering adding sleeping tablets to this mix, but I don't want too many meds fighting with each other, and OTC sleeping pills don't seem to affect me anyway.
Any feedback on this? Thanks in advance!!

- 3pm — start solids fast (9 hours)
- 10pm — start liquids fast (2 hours)
- 11pm — paracetamol (2x500mg)
- 11:20pm — metoclopramide (3x10mg)
- 11:40pm — prepare 25mg SN + 50ml water (x3)
- Midnight: take first dose (take second dose if vomitting occurs early; same for third dose)
- Hotel check-out is 11am, so I will need to achieve my goal prior to that
