- Fast for 6-8 hours before drinking
- Take 40 mg of olanzapine 45 minutes before
- 3 mg of Xanax 30 minutes before drinking SN
- Take SN in a secluded place

You should include a painkiller. 500-600mg ibuprfen and 1000mg paracetamol. This plan seems good to me, though.

This is very close to what i will do but wait, wasn't it you who said that sn is a painful and distressing method a few days ago.

With that being said, a strong benzo seems to help with this method more often than not because it has been noted to be found at the scene of or eveb detected in autopsy of the deceased.

since it's a long lasting benzo, replace the Xanax with the Clonazepam.
