I myself am going to have sn as my main method, and full hanging as my backup.
Survival instinct is always going to kick in. The intensity I'm sure varies person to person, and method to method.
I myself would try the sn method first. But without antiemetics, even though it's possible. Why not wait until you hace all the proper things to go out the most peaceful way possible?
Look, I'm as rash and impulsive as any of you. You feel the way you do, that's undeniable, you've had enough pain, enough grief, enough trouble. You've probably suffered enough, I mean, you're here, that says something.
Sure, you can use something like dramamine as an antiemetic for SN. Even though it's not a dopamine blocker, just an antihestimine. And even the PPH suggests it as an OTC antiemetic. I'd be patient to get a proper antiemetic.
But if speed is the most important thing, yeah, full suspension all the way.
It takes more guts to kick out that chair than you could imagine.
