That was quick no messing about with you couldn't even take a few days with us here on SS, I wouldn't believe what it says on the label, lol. I'm really sorry you have decided to go I hope you have considered speaking to family or friends you can trust before ctb.
I hope you find peace or if you decide not to ctb I hope you will speak to us. did you follow any regime or take any meds prior to mixing the SN, I will use the same method plastic bottles.

I have been sneaking around for months but just recently decided to make the account, I have the pain killers and the metoclopramide no anti acid because I read the Stan guide and doesn't seem that important, I have been in therapy for more than a year and does not help, even my therapist told me that this is my new reality and I may be always like this, I can't trust no one because a lot of things happened with my family so even new people is impossible for me to trust, that affects me in my job, social life, and everything else I'm alone in a room in this world and I can't really "fix" this I will try to give you guys updates, I'm here just waiting for a phone call before I do it

Sorry to hear, mind you the antacids are the easiest to get OTC but it's your decision there's no shame delaying to seek help from SS member, I have given you a link to do with SN it's a podcast form pph just in case you haven't listened to it.

Since I'm still here I'm gonna give you Guys some info about me, I'm 29 lost my mother 5 years ago, 3 years later lost everything I had in a storm and had to move to another place far from home, with my wife at the time, since then I haven't see my daugther because I had to move and everyday have been a painful day, my mom died in my arms and never really forgive myself for that and 10 months ago I broke up with my ex but she left the house 3 months ago, once she left I realize she lied to me about her feelings for the past 4 years on the other side I have a condition on my back that cause pain on my back and legs and cannot operate because I'm "to young" and if they operate I will probably not gonna be able to wipe my own a**, I have no friends or family that really care about how I feel, they don't even think that I will be in enough pain to do this
I just took the painkillers and the metoclopramide a few minutes ago just waiting, my SI start kicking in like the first 2 times, I feel the adrenaline like if the body knows that something is going on, but no pain

Im sorry you've had to experience torment. I can relate. No one can feel your pain accept you. It's a permanent decision that will be available in the future if it doesn't feel right.

Hi The end is near, I can totally relate to you. I also have physical problems that make life miserable and can't be fixed. So in my own case and sounds like your as well CTB is a permanent solution to a permanent problem. That is how I look at it. It is very unfortunate what has happened to you. I have a similar situation. so are you still around? If not I'll quit typing. I'm sure the panic and adrenaline like you said would be crazy right when your about to do it. I feel for you .
Hi. @Theendisnear sorry to hear your situation. Having SI is very normal and something we humans r wired to have. It really sucks as it just prolongs our pain . but u can always delay ur attempt ... We all understand the courage required and will be with u whatever the case. We love u ... Hugs
