An antiemetic isn't absolutely crucial for SN, it only reduces the chance of vomiting/feeling nauseous. Anything too salty will have a burning sensation and you'd really feel it through an IVI wont take antiemetic so I don't know how to take without antiemetic. I didnt know that burns.
Do you not want antiemetic too? This kept me awake last night thinking the exact same thing, hopefully somebody with a medical background can provide a definitive answer.
Wait a min, what do you mean burn? Isn't it we just drink and it's over? Why do it burn?It might work, but I think the main reason not to do this is because of how much it would burn. Feeling it in your throat for a bit would be less painful, you can at least eat to get rid of the taste
When it hits the back of your throat. I've not tried it ofc, but I imagine it will be kind of like a vodka shot, the burning sensation? Maybe someone else can describe it better than meWait a min, what do you mean burn? Isn't it we just drink and it's over? Why do it burn?
It's basically a salt, so it's would burn incredibly bad to be put in IV. It absolutely would not be worth it imo.I wont take antiemetic so I don't know how to take without antiemetic. I didnt know that burns.

so Sn method is still basically a suffering way to suicide?... I just bought sn few days ago. Holy... I thought it's gonna be a peaceful wayIt's basically a salt, so it's would burn incredibly bad to be put in IV. It absolutely would not be worth it imo.
Well you are consuming a poisonous substance that isn't meant to go in the human body in that form so it likely has chemicals or chemical reactions that cause the burning. It also is a salt so high quantities that are not diluted (you only use 50ml of water, no more, that is a very very very tiny amount so it's very concentrated) that it's going to burn. Most people have stated it burns the throat and stomach. Nobody has said it's unbearable. Just uncomfortable basically. If you have stomach issues or any sort of open wounds (ulcers, cancer, lesions, etc) in your stomach, digestive tract, or throat/mouth I absolutely would not do SN. It will hurt very very badly. Imagine pouring salt in an open wound x 100 that is what you would experience.
If someone proceeds to use it IV, yes you would suffer greatly. By orally taking it there is minimal pain. There is likely done discomfort as I said but I never said there was suffering unless you IV it or unless you have abscesses, open wounds, etc in your digestive tract/stomach, throat, or mouth as you would basically be putting salt in the wounds. There is going to be some amount of burning in the throat/stomach anyways but it appears to be minimal and mostly just uncomfortable. Some people who did SN then didn't die have said they had horrible stomach pain etc but they may also have ulcers or some wounds in the stomach that caused this.so Sn method is still basically a suffering way to suicide?... What does IV means? If you wish to avoid oral administration of SN - you can administer rectally through enema. IV will lead to extreme pain, unreliable results and suffering comparable to setting your insides on fire. The point is for the SN to reach your cells all over and NOT to have a fast action or near-total absorption (the only reason IV would be preferable) and you can succeed with this by using the rectal route if the oral is unavailable.

How about eating pills? I've seen one mega thread stated that some pills can prevent nauseaOuch, that sounds painful. I've heard of some people using a tube to feed it down to the stomach, but gathering the equipment/setting it up is probably more effort than it's worth. Or you can adminster it rectally, if you're feeling adventurous. Nausea is a given no matter what method you use, though- you're ingesting poison at the end of the day.
Using a vein. So drawing it up in a needle and shooting it into your vein. It stands for intravenously. What does IV means?
Antiemetics can help prevent nausea, yes. There's been a couple cases of people vomiting even with them unfortunately, but they do lower the risk. They're typically prescription-only, but there's quite a few threads with info on what to say to your doctor to get them. How about eating pills? Can you take SN intravenously through drip?
I wonder the same. Since there are saline IV solutions available in pharmacies it should be no different. The lethal dosage could be far less than 25g. It should go straight into your system, so the time your brain shuts down would probably be around 1-2 mins.
Yes, this. 100%Please don't try this. Our best medical people on the forum have all said this would be horribly painful and that it would wreck whatever vein I tried to get it into, before I'd gotten enough in. Not a way to go.
Saline isn't similar at all.I wonder the same. Since there are saline IV solutions available in pharmacies it should be no different.
It doesn't burn your throat. It's just super salty, which some people are sensitive to.Wait a min, what do you mean burn? Isn't it we just drink and it's over? Why do it burn?
Wow, thanks. Now I felt a little better and braver to tryYes, this. 100%
A lot of substances are too corrosive for normal IVs. It'll destroy the veins. You'd likely need something like a PICC line or chemo port, that feeds into an artery to hold up, but that's something that must be surgically inserted. It's just not realistic in the majority of cases.
There are other reasons why it's a bad idea, but this is definitely tops.
I can't see it not hurting like hell, either. Have you ever had to get something like IV potassium? It can be like liquid fire up your veins.
