I've found a UK company that sells a NItrite kit for curing bacon and also Prague powder separately.

The first ingredient is salt then sodium nitrite.

Would this actually be the SN I'd want?

It needs to be NaNo2 sodium nitrite with at least 95% purity.

Yeah it doesn't say on the packaging or product description. If you did a search for UK Bacon Nitrite curing kit you could see the packaging.

Nah, it is a hybrid salt. SN is very hard to get in the UK without a special licence. You would need to try to get a company outside the UK to ship it. Like a Chinese or Indian marketplace.
