Wich could be the result of buying sodium nitrate instead of sodium nitrite? Because I was searching some info. And I think both can work as the same thing no? Or both chemicals can do the same work ¿? Even the sodium nitrate will be faster if I'm not wrong?

Well nitrate will turn to nitrite inside our intestines. Thats what made nitrate dangerous. As for the speed of the transformation no one can be exactly sure about it. Since everyone's body is difference. And yes someone did died from overdosing on 25g of Nrate.

P.s you need way longer time and much more nrate to make it reliable compare to nrite.
