SN in my country?

Hi... does anyone know any safe ways to get SN in ireland? I know SN is discussed a lot here -- and I looked throught the search features, but I thought I better ask this myself. If anyone knows any safe SN providers, can I please ask for a private message with info? I saw some others ask on the main thread. Thank you again, and in advance...
