SN from Russia

If you have purchased SN off craft site that came from Russian please please test it.

Was it the sn you sent a photo of the other day ? As it didn't look right ! It should be white or an off white colour and not clumped together

UPD: I saw your other thread where you talk about your attempt, sorry to hear that. What's the manufacturing date of your SN? 08.20? Is there an inscription "ЧДА" on your packaging?

UPD2: I was too hasty and did not see your answers in your other thread, the questions are irrelevant.

My SN is much lighter, yours is too yellowish ...

Can you tell us a few more details? Did you open the bottle regularly or for extended times? Did you put the SN out of bottle before?

You measured 25 grams on Saturday, but only used it yesterday. Did you put it back in the bottle or how did you store it during these 24 hours?

I thought the clumping meant no filling agent

I received it a few months ago but didn't open any of the package till two days ago. Weighed out 2x25 g then put the lid back on . I got it August 2020.

Just recieved my SN and it was exactly like @loopylou very yellow and clumpy. I threw it out and took steps to make sure it was properly disposed of. I do not trust and it and would not take it. I advise anyone else, if they bought this same brand to be weary about it. Make your own judgement about it, test it, but for me, it was a no after hearing what happened to OP after using it and mine looked exactly the same.

I ordered off the craft site in may 2020 from a seller noted in PP as LLC
It was described as ' sodium nitrite 99.88% analytical reagent (ACS) 150g '
I'm pretty sure I remember her name beginning with ' I'

I have also bought that russian bottle 2019 from us-amaz. website it has still the blue electric-tape sealant. When someone test it with aqarium-stripe, please share the result here.

I have ordered test strips off market. I have my opened bottle that I took 25g out of and another still sealed with the black tape. I will test both and insert results here, however, for the sake of £5 , I would recommend you test yourself .
