Sn dosage?

Hi,
What is the ideal SN dosage and also, does someone know its shelf life? It oxidizes to nitrate over time, but the PPH doesn't say too much.

It's difficult to find reliable information on the internet regarding suicides by SN. The PPH first recommended 10g and now it's 15g. More is generally better, because it leads to faster loss of consciousness and less chance of survival. The downside is that you may throw up with higher dosages if your anti-emetic isn't potent enough.

Someone here announced taking 30g of SN and she never showed up again. Do with that information what you want.
