I would not think so.
Salt water was used at one time to induce vomiting after someone swallowed something toxic.

Is vomiting due to the salty taste?
From what I understood, vomiting is your body's way to expel a toxic substance. From what I've read no one has reported vomiting due to the taste of SN, nor the test runs with salt water. People have described it as salty, similar to a broth and I think one person referenced the ocean. But generally speaking the taste should not be the reason for vomiting.
Fear or nervousness can also induce vomiting, if you are not ready to die and haven't made your peace, knowing you are ingesting something toxic can lead to a very high degree of anxiety, triggering the vomiting reflex.

Maybe if you don't like the taste of something salty, you can practice to get more comfortable with salty taste, if that is what you are afraid of? But I don't think it will reduce your likelihood of vomiting, unless anything salty makes you vomit already.

I like the way @noctiva covered it. I'd only like to add that two possibilities come to mind. One is that a higher consumption of salt could train the body to tolerate more the taste and/or the excess of the substance (very salty, be it plain table salt, is poison as well). And the second is that the salt might build up in the organism to an extent that the body might begin to not tolerate any of it at all for a longish time, or to overreact to even smaller quantities than normal daily intake.

No. The body works at equilibrium. You can't "train" your body to get accustomed to salt.

As the other poster said, salt water was actually used to to induce vomiting back in the day.

your body just flushes out anything it doesn't need

When I was a teenager, I was forced to quickly drink cups of warm salt water in the ER after an OD because I begged them not to put those awful tubes through my nose and pump my stomach. I was never sure if it was the salt, the warm water, or the speed at which they made me drink it that caused me to throw up. Maybe a combination of all 3?
