Help SN details please.

So have only just come across this stuff called SN since joining here, looks like it can be bought online-where can I find out all info-how to take, how much, pain, time to ctb etc? and if it is so effective why dont more people use it to cbt-rather than awful violent acts like trains, jumps, or hangings-as seems to be the most popular celeb choice these days-which still seems odd to me-surely they have access to heavy duty drugs that would do the job! anyways-SN info pls.thanks in advance
