Help SN and stomach pain?

Didn't think about this until now but I have undiagnosed stomach pain and GI problems.
Most days it's not bad but i've had it for a long time now. I also have GERD.
Water use to upset my stomach quite a bit in the morning if that says anything. I think it's mostly just gas pain but idk.
Will this make SN less peaceful for me or interfere in any way?

I am not sure. But I will tell you one thing make sure you really wanna ctb before you take SN because it's likely to kill you. All the best
