In the hotel after putting it off for weeks....not sure if ill do it... but feeling calm so far.
Ive got meto..been doing 48hr ...got painkillers and just bought milk of magnesia...dont seem real yet

I dont feel much of anything yet but i imagine as it gets closer ill get anxious..
I havent been suicidal long ..only since november but it just seems so right.
Mayb my calmness comes from being detached ...or mayb cos i know i will back out

Well... it seems i had high opinions of myself and unrealistic goals...when in fact it was delusional thinking... i have no decent pension ...no home..no close friends..no close family really..and cant communicate ...and a dead end job.
I think seeing my dad at deaths door has made me not want to go that way...he his 96 but in nappies and being spoonfed..
Just seems easier all round...

Well did all the other steps.. primperan...painkillers..antacid...sn measured out...seems so easy to just neck the drink but i guess i can wait...

We aren't trying to stop you. What goals do you have that are unrealistic? You want to be a member of the royal family? You are paralyzed and want to run a marathon?

As far as family and friends.. you have us. We care about you and we understand.
