Sn and fasting Is necessary?

Hi to all, fasting Is really necessary for the sn method? I live with my mother and i want ctb in night when She sleeps, because I'm not alone. But i am scared about dinner. If i don't eat, my mother might become suspicious. And She force me to eat, because I'm not hungry in this period. Thank you
