What is the standard amount Sn - is it 20 mg or 20 gm (note mg and gm). Secondly how best it can weighed without hightech balance

I thought 20-25 gm of SN is enough from Stan's guide. I assume this table is the updated version?

I guess I need 35.5 gm of SN on my 1st glass as per my weight. My SN isn't enough if my 2nd glass doesn't work.
