Help SN amount

I was wondering how much SN would be the "perfect" lethal amount for an individual. I've seen people saying it's important to get the right amount specific to you and I've been searching through the megathread but I haven't seen any resource that tells you that. Are you just meant to guesstimate? Or is there an actual chart or something that shows you? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also are prochlorperzine buccal tablets an okay antiemetic? I've found some to order online (they say they are dopamine blockers) but will they be strong enough if they're not prescribed by a medical professional?
